Apart from the Germans no one’s really stood out for me so far. It’ll be interesting to see how the Brazilians look tonight. I’m not one of those pulling their hair out over England just yet, though obviously we’ll need improvements in certain areas. Things can only get better (hopefully).

Alright lads. Yeah no one has really stood out apart from the Germans which has worried me cuz is Slovenia fluke a win against the yanks then we are gonna be fighting for 2nd and if we finish 2nd guess who we get in the next round?! (Assuming Germany win their group). And if a single England game from this point is on itv I am gonna go mental. Their coverage is awful and not to mention the bloody gltich! I honestly think Capello should play Rooney as a lone striker with gerrard just off him on Friday. Over the last season Rooney has shown is can play that role. Plus is would give gerrard more freedom to influence the attack. Barry could then just sit infront of the back 4.

Hope you’re both well also. As for the world cup – it’s a bit of a slow burner at the moment isn’t it. Looks as if a lot of the teams are scared of losing their opening game and settling for the draw instead, which doesn’t make for great viewing! Germany looked good tho, as did Argentina but i think they looked a bit dodgy at the back, but if Messi stays fit then they’ll have a great chance. Same for us with Rooney.

Just seen a little trailer for the 3D xtreme show, looks good even tho i haven’t got any 3D glasses to see it properly yet, so obviously it looked a bit blurry, but even so i could tell you looked awesome, just gutted i’m gonna miss it as i’ll be working nights from Sunday to Wednesday….hopefully it’ll be shown again later in the week, fingers crossed hey!

Hi Mozza and Jay. Yep, watched the England game. That was more like it, eh? There were a few frights towards the end but at last we saw a performance with passion, good tempo and decent possession. Let’s hope we can keep the momentum going now. I also had to laugh at JT’s trying to block that shot with a diving header. I’m glad he had a good game as the flak he’s taken since Sunday has been OTT. Fingers crossed Rooney’s injury isn’t too bad as well.
As for Joe Cole, I’m gutted he’s leaving Chelsea. He’s massively popular at the Bridge, a boyhood Chelsea fan. Sometimes I can’t believe the decisions my club make in the transfer market. Yeah, he’s never recaptured his best form since his knee injury but someone’s going to get a top player for nothing. I’m not sure if that’s going to be Utd though. I don’t know where you guys are situated but the word in London is that Joe’s going to Arsenal, which for me is a horrible thought!
