Hey everyone, hope you’re all well I’m just chilling in the green room alone and thought I haven’t stopped by and said hello in a while, so whilst sipping my yummy protein shake I logged on to say HELLO !
Hope everyone had a great bank holiday weekend, I had a wicked Sunday evening at the cinema watch the new American Pie film….. VERY funny indeed.
As some of you may know my skydive had to be re arranged due to bad weather so I have to call them this week and get a new date, which will probably be in June now. Thanks btw to everyone who has been kind enough to donate, it’s just such an amazing cause and I’ve nearly hit the 3000 mark which is just amazing !!
My training is going so well, I’m thrilled with the results so far and thanks so much for all ure support. It’s so lovely to have tweets and calls etc saying how great I’m looking…. Big smiles !!! It’s such a tough thing to do, the diet is so strict but I get to enjoy my cheat day every Sunday and really treat myself to a naughty day of my favourite food. I have a competition in Sept for Bikini division and maybe figure which is the next level up but still not as much as body builder. It’s a fab goal to work towards and IF for any reason I get to actually be in the top 3 I shall go onto compete in Miami next June !! I just wanted a flatter belly and now it’s turned into me competing and take all this very seriously ! I could never see me ever going to the gym lol ! Look at me now !
Anyway I gotta fly as I gotta get my now toned arse up on screen he he

i had a great christmas…thanks for all my pressies guys … i had pork chops for christmas dinner cause Anya decided to drag the defrosting turkey off the kitchen side and have a party with the others on christmas eve!! can you believe it…

ive been having a great time off spending time with my friends…christmas comes around and goes too quickley

i just want to say that i’m sorry ive been too super busy to blog lately…what can i say…i do it for you guys

ive done a wicked shoot with Kerry Louise.  Its great to work with her…the video should be up soon on the website.

Been shooting a pilot for a tv show that might get snapped up by a major tv channel in the new year Its given me the chance to do some really weird and crazy stuff…its all about the world of sex, so you guessed it, i was in, as well as 3 other babes including Anastasia!

my last night on the show was on Tue and now i have a month off! I’m looking forward to a break and to put my feet up over xmas…but you no i’ll miss you guys on the phone

ive been super busy this month and i’m getting sooooo excited about Christmas

i think its because i get to dress up in some sexy stuff for work and the website…can’t wait to start choosing what to wear…maybe you have some ideas?  I love the winter months because it gives me the chance to snuggle up with someone on the sofa
